Protection against 3rd degree burns
Safety goggles not suitable for welding. My husband has 3rd degree eyelid burns, his eyeballs are badly burned. You'd think if it were goggles, the only thing not burned into his face would be his eyes. With that, my husband learned his lesson in just wearing goggles and buying real PPE for welding.
