Works like a charm in batteries and chargers
Still pricey, but compared to Nikon's insane price range for some hollow plastic adapters with a bunch of useless pins, this is the best choice. In theory, all you need is + and - and your good $10 power adapter, but they do it on purpose to get your money's worth. It's bad enough that the camera doesn't record for more than 30 minutes, even with this cable, to justify protecting the sensor from overheating. Even though the sensor stays on and LV keeps running. I shoot 5 hours with no problems, just have to hit that record button with no remote every 30 minutes.
