I was eager to try CLEESINK, an online retailer specializing in home improvement, rough plumbing, garbage disposals, and parts, as a homeowner who is constantly searching for the best tools and components to better my home. My interaction with them, however, was hardly positive. First of all, their website is awkward to use and poorly made. Finding the products I needed took a lot of time, and even then, the descriptions were insufficient, making it difficult to know if I was ordering the correct things. Second, the level of customer care was appalling. When I called their support staff with a question about one of the products, they were unhelpful and rude. They didn't seem to be interested in my worries, and I was left feeling angry and unheard. Last but not least, the goods' quality was subpar. Even though I specified the precise model number, the garbage disposal I bought broke down after only a few uses, and the replacement component I got was inapplicable. To get a reimbursement, I had to go through a lot of trouble. In general, I had a very bad encounter with CLEESINK. Anyone looking for high-quality home repair tools and components would not get my recommendation to shop at this online retailer.
