This is a good size. They are easy to manipulate and fit very snugly on the earring shank, better than the ones that came with my earrings. I lost the back of my favorite pearl earrings and I'm almost glad it happened as they fit well and I feel much more confident that the earrings will last all day even when I take off my shirts etc. I see a lot of reviews . This gives it bad reviews because it's not 100% 14k gold, but you don't get that much 14k gold for this price. I knew what I was getting and I am very happy with my purchase. I've bought several different brands of Revain to try and these are the winners.
