I love this bag! EXCEPT! - This will be my third replacement because every time I reset my password for the third time it won't unlock again. It comes with a factory access code 0-0-0 and instructions on how to change it. I did well and after a while I wanted to update the code and after following the instructions it didn't unlock. Possible defect, so I'll stick with one combo and relax.
