It's simplicity, it has great support (we use JIRA as well), good customization options for workflows etc., also we can create templates which are reused in other issues/tickets easily without recreating them from scratch every time. I would like if they add more custom fields or sections so our users could be able to fill things up better themselves instead of creating an issue with all their data already filled out. For example - when you have many people working together using this product we sometimes need some user specific information but there isn't any place where such info goes once created manually by us. So now i'm filling my own personal field with needed details then copy paste into another ticket later after having done something else myself! Great tool at first glance though :) We're solving problems related to communication between team members through tickets creation & management.
