It's simplicity, it has great support (we use JIRA as well), good customization options for workflows etc., also we can create templates which are reused in other issues/tickets easily without recreating them from scratch every time. I would like if they add more custom fields or sections so our users could be able to fill things up better themselves instead of creating an issue with all their data already filled out.
