I like how easy it was for our team members, who are spread across multiple states in different time zones, to communicate with each other during project execution phase of construction management services we provide as an engineering firm (i am not affiliated). The interface could be more user friendly - especially if you have no prior experience using this type of system or any computer programing skills whatsoever! We used OTP primarily because there were few companies providing Construction Management Services at such low cost compared to others available out there. Our clients felt comfortable working directly through us without having to go thru another third party agency which would charge them additional fees.
