According to the LG website they have a 12 month warranty. My receiver won't turn on anymore and I've just passed the one year mark. The receiver wasn't damaged, it just wouldn't turn on. I've contacted LG and will see if they do the right thing and replace it for free, or if they've lost the customer permanently (with LG OLED, LG SK9Y and LG SPK8-S). If they fix this I will happily change my rating to 5 stars, if not even 1 star would be too much. Stay with us. Update: LG wanted me to pay $150 to fix a product that costs less than a new one. Absolutely pathetic and terrible customer service. I will never buy another LG product as long as I live.
