Bought an LG SK10 Y Soundbar. I liked it but after adding rear speakers I like it now. They bring the soundbar to life. These are 2 small satellite speakers with a wireless amplifier that can be placed behind the sofa. The speakers are wired to the amplifier. Automatically connects to the soundbar when switched on. They are controlled using the soundbar's remote control. Highly recommended.

I had to give this product 4 stars because like some other reviews it wasn't clear how to get this setting right. It was difficult to hear all the voices and sounds over HDMI, but as soon as I plugged in the optical audio cable it came alive! (You must use an optical cable for best results)! now i love it! Great soundbar setup and I've added my 5.1 stereo so I can watch movies in 9.1 surround sound at home! My house rumbles every time I watch movies now!

Recently received and currently paired with a Sk9Y panel. My living room is quite large and open, so one pole just didn't seem like enough. They immediately agree with the pole. I set the panel surround setting to 6, which still seems pretty quiet. However, if you use the Dolby demos to set up and set up the system, the surround sound really is flawless. To be clear, they are wireless because no wires go to the front speakers. But between the two rear speakers and their amplifier are wires that connect to the wall for power. Setup was trivial, and connecting to the LG soundbar was automatic and uneventful. Also bought the speaker stands listed below which worked great! According to the LG website they have a 12 month warranty. My receiver won't turn on anymore and I've just passed the one year mark. The receiver wasn't damaged, it just wouldn't turn on. I've contacted LG and will see if they do the right thing and replace it for free, or if they've lost the customer permanently (with LG OLED, LG SK9Y and LG SPK8-S). If they fix this I will happily change my rating to 5 stars, if not even 1 star would be too much. Stay with us. Update: LG wanted me to pay $150

First of all I want to say that the packaging was very bad, there was nothing to protect the factory box from bumps in the shipping box.
