This watch has two problems: stone chips and poor readability are not two problems. First, I have a fairly small wrist. The watch strap is a "just" fit, but the unreliable clasp causes the strap to come loose and pinch the wrist! This problem can probably be solved by fitting a more secure clasp or by lengthening the strap by about 1/2 inch. I had a few bricks fall out, but that's a minor issue and can be fixed with Wellbond. These watches are sturdy. read, for the face is golden, like the hands.
