This replacement toner definitely exceeded my expectations. First, the package was well packed in a very strong cardboard box. The cartridges themselves were housed very securely in the outer packaging. Installation instructions were clearly marked both on the inside of the box and on a separate instruction sheet inside the box. The installation itself was straightforward (take out the old cartridges, unwrap the new cartridges, shake the replacement cartridges gently 3 or 4 times, and then just insert the new cartridges into the matching color slots in the printer. It didn't work was easier! Black and white copies are clear, no smudges! Color copies are bright and very vibrant! The price of this toner was a lot lower than other toners I've considered for my printer. Overall, a great deal! Will will definitely buy him toner again!
