When my shower stopped producing hot water I decided to disassemble the handle system to see if I could find the problem. The seals weren't broken, so there was nothing to see. I then completely disassembled the interior and found that the rubber membrane between the hot and cold air was broken. It was difficult to find an exact replacement, other than that none of them were great. It has all the necessary rubber O-rings and is a perfect replacement. I assume there are more o-rings than you need as they fit several different grips.
