It took me a minute to figure out the settings. but it was nothing to me anymore. However, the headset is amazing. The packaging arrived beautifully. The sound quality on it is really good. My son has the same one so I wanted to compare mine to his and it sounds really good just like his. Noise canceling is nice. Our family plays PC a lot and they like the way they can hear me and not the background noise.
