Stops working after one month. Bluetooth just failed. The IR continues to work, but the remote control no longer connects to the PS4. The Share + PS4 button does nothing. Bad product. Look for something different. UPDATE: Changed to four stars. This can help others. I've seen a lot of people here with Bluetooth issues where one day the remote just stopped working and then they couldn't keep the device connected. Well I've read the solutions that were mentioned to try re-syncing the remote by pressing the PS4 button and then the Share button at the same time. Andy, it didn't work for a lot of people. It didn't work for me Andy, like everyone else I was ready to throw this thing in the trash. However, I think many including myself (and some of the answers are just plain misleading) had to realize that there are actually two PS4 buttons on this remote, the little one at the top that everyone is talking about with the text "PS4" on it , but another big round button to the right of the Share button. It's that PS4 button (or more specifically the PlayStation button) that you need to press while holding down the Share button for everything to work and Bluetooth connects successfully. So forget the little PS4 button above. Once this was figured out it all fell into place. Hope this helps!
