Goodbye parchment!
They are ideal for any baker looking to reduce costs and/or parchment paper waste. A little tricky to hand wash but worth it! I have used these baking and freezing mats with no wear or drop in performance. I really wish they could use more heat, but most of my baking sheets are cookies anyway. If you're on the fence, just buy them. Seriously, you'll love them!
