Fits my car trailer very well. Not very important, but it has more to do with the small hole the lock goes in than the lock itself. I can completely block the narrowest edge, so it's a bit harder to hack. Ultimately, as others have commented, this will only make honest people honest and will slow down someone who intends to steal your trailer by a minute or so, as they'll probably just have to cut off the blue plastic covering part and push it that way. The keyhole is well protected from moisture by a rubberized cover. I hope it can withstand a few years of sun exposure.
