Review on Streaming Dimmable Photography Shooting Brightness Accessories & Supplies by Allison Jones

It's hard to tell from the photo but at first I was very happy with this product. Then I turned it on and the light tube wasn't fully fluorescent so you can see the individual bulbs at about 25% of the light. I sent the first one back and got a new one because I liked the product. Same problem, but this time around 20% non-fluorescent, so an improvement right? I have no confidence that I will receive the advertised product no matter how many times I go through this process, maybe just to avoid a headache.
