The left earpiece comes loose periodically, which is quite frustrating for me because I don't have one (as I read, I don't have one). It takes around half an hour for the effect to wear off if you only listen to it by yourself. It's possible that this is a charging issue; it seems as though the case needs to be open in order to charge properly, but dang it. I recently purchased some new headphones, and while I was at it, I didn't go for the cheapest ones. Now, I'm supposed to dance while playing a tambourine?! Those. I remove the earpiece from its case since, as the theory goes, it may also be charged on you. Even when charging the phone with the case open, the headphones will remain synchronized with the device. You appear to have eliminated them, yet they continue to phone you, and the connection continues to be maintained via them. In overall, at the moment I am not very happy with the purchase that I made; nonetheless, they do not look terrible and they play adequately (after the sennheiser cx 300, which I have been using for a long time, everything plays tolerably). There is no practical software that is designed expressly for this device. And this is where the left earpiece gets discarded; it is unclear what is related with it. Sadly, if the picture keeps repeating, you will be required to send it back to the manufacturer under the guarantee.
