Lousy product, low quality.
Broke. Leave a request on the official website. After 10 days, the master arrived. He said that this is not a guarantee, although he did not even open the coffee machine and did not even turn it on. That's great. Further worse, he cut out the warranty card (please note that the master said that this is not a guarantee) and left. Wrote a claim to the official representation of Delongie. The application was accepted and silence for 3 weeks. On the phone they constantly say that they are ready to accept a second application. Enchanted circle. Conclusion: NEVER BUY DELONGHI.
- Cool delicious coffee. Everything is clear and easy. Everything is good but not broken yet.
