BE Super careful I was so excited I wanted to put up my Christmas cards. Now just super disappointed and sad that all my work was wasted. When I connected the garland, a wire just broke about 10 inches from the battery compartment. Not sure what I'll do, maybe try another manufacturer, re-order and be more careful - just not sure. I gave 2 stars anyway, it's a good concept, needs to use stronger wire, was well packaged. UPDATE December 12th: I've upgraded the rating to 3 stars BUT. So I asked for a replacement because, to be honest, the wiring is probably best suited for these types of products. You still have to be very careful. I took a picture so you can all see how they are all positioned; started adding my Christmas cards. Unfortunately the clip was broken - the light worked, only the side of the clip was missing. I can live with that, I hope nobody will. The lighting is dim, the images, i.e. the cards, are not very visible and other reviews are correct in that the clips damage the images/cards. But the light still gives the window a festive look and when the main light is on everything is visible. (photo taken without flash)
