Review on ACDelco 55597008 Thermostat Assembly by Alex Prince

You will not find this part at your local parts store. Thank god for Revane. That's about half the price you would pay at the dealer. Cannot give this one 5 stars as it is the same as the original factory thermostat which failed after less than 3 years and just over 100,000 miles. But it's better than the generic thermostat I bought from rockauto.com which failed after only 4 months and froze when closed causing the car to overheat and leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. So beware of cheaper versions of this part.
