Was very happy when I found out about the spray! Worked pretty well to get rid of diaper rash but didn't stay on as well as our Desitin. Much more comfortable than Desitin and the spray covers well and sprays nice and light. However, some of my sprayers stopped spraying after a while. I'm sure the company would give me a replacement if I asked for it, but in my case I didn't bother because Desitin seemed to be much stronger and more economical. All in all a great idea and a good product that could perhaps be improved a bit in the future. I've never seen anything quite like it that would be worth buying if you really need an atomizer. I ended up getting an antimicrobial applicator for our Desitin that attaches to the Desitin tube itself as we like Desitin better.
