For those on a low carb keto diet, these veggies have become my best friends. It makes Zoodles etc. So easy. No extreme cleaning needs to be done. Without assembly everything is fine! Also, I love that you can choose the thickness or thinness of the veggies you roll. In my opinion a great purchase.
