My husband has several pairs of classic shoes that he rarely wears, but sometimes he needs more than work boots or sneakers, so this type of shoe works best. They're dressier but casual enough to wear with almost anything. They are light but have a thicker sole (not ugly thick) which provides good support including arch support. Although he uses insoles for arch support, these boots come with an extra pair of insoles. The second set has less arch support. The material is canvas, they can be washed and dried. We have a shoe rack that comes with the dryer so they stay quiet when I dry my shoes. He wore them several times for 12 hours and his feet never hurt. He says they're among the three most comfortable shoes he's ever owned. They look fantastic on him too. 🥰
