Definitely not advise to buy, the product is disappointing.

As a professional confectioner, I came across mixers from this company in various industries and kitchens. I can say unequivocally - this is NOT professional equipment. - It beats proteins well, copes well with eggs, cream and even biscuits and mousses, but start working with marshmallows, shortbread and yeast dough, the “head” will walk. And this is only in the first couple of months from the purchase. Then your whisk breaks, a replacement for which you can hardly, but find, though it will cost like half a mixer, and it will also last a couple of months. You can, of course, find a Chinese nozzle cheaper and it will last a whole month longer, but then what is the point of original spare parts? - The rubber bands on the switches fly off very quickly, and without them the mixer is shocked, despite the fact that there is grounding in the mains 😆 You can’t quickly find such spare parts, so the way out is to wrap it with electrical tape. And even in a small production, almost everything is kitchen - with electrical tape and broken rims. -An imaginary five-year warranty does not give absolutely anything - here in the reviews they already wrote about the service. Kitchens are sooo often sent for repairs, only despite the guarantee it always comes out paid, even if it is 100% clear that the manufacturer’s jamb - everything will still be attributed to improper use. Wait, why then advertise this product like a pro? Why does he need dough attachments that he can’t cope with, why is there not a word in the instructions that bread and sand should not be kneaded on it, otherwise the “head” will loosen and / or the motor will burn out? - A huge number of additional nozzles on sale is useless - it still won’t cope with most of the tasks, just spend money. The result is brief: kitchens are good for home cooking, but not for home production, and even more so not for restaurants, cafes, pastry shops. If you are ready to shell out a decent amount for a "beautiful" egg beater - go ahead. Otherwise, even state employees do better and have more responsive service. And I will add: I worked with kitchenades not only in production, but also in a "home" confectionery.

Pros
  • Stylish design, a variety of colors, a huge number of additional attachments to expand the functionality on sale.
Cons
  • Technical performance, price.
