Review on Energy Suspension 16 1105R HONDA INSERTS by Anthony Montgomery

I haven't installed the two front moment inserts and the rear insert yet. My front driver's side torque mount had sheared off completely and hit the sides of the mount. I had to cut the center of the top of the bushings on the driver's side because I couldn't get the nut off the bracket before the bolt came off the engine. I managed to put the mounting inserts on the middle mounting bar. So far I haven't had any problems with them. The change in vibration was minimal as the car could now legally buy tickets and cigarettes, so the vibration was always there. All in all worth the money once your horse is trimmed.
