The pad is large and works fine, but the ribbon is made of a very, very cheap fabric with a line of velcro to fix it. It does not hold the pad at all, it's hard to place and it doesn't hold there, anyway. The picture shows a sturdy ribbon, what you get is a felt ribbon that looks like the fabric of a cheap fleece blanket, not sturdy at all. I'm very disappointed with it, so much so that I don't use the pads much because getting them in place with that holder is a headache. The pad holds the temperature very well, I've used it cold only, but you need to put some protection on yours skin at first, because it's very cold.
