Strong bracket. However, I had to use longer screws to attach them to the bottom of the case. There must be at least two different lengths as my cabinets use thicker material on the bottom and the screws provided were not long enough. I had to use a zip tie to hold the plastic case to the back of the mount after I routed the cables as it kept coming loose. However, you can't see it unless you're really looking. Overall it does exactly what I need it for and holds a 19" HD TV under my kitchen cabinets.
