Gasket works well - do not over tighten! The torque spec is on the box, I believe it's under 100 in-lbs. 80-120 inches per pound works well. Also note that this gasket is not specifically designed for grooved valve covers. I found that applying a small amount of silicone between the valve cover and gasket helped and allowed me to remove valve covers frequently without leaking.
