Christmas gift so I just took it out of the box and put it in my system. The CD player on the right is not reading the CD, so it will not play. The left disc reads and plays normally. Since my wife bought over Christmas with 5 payments, we have 30 days to return or exchange it. It is entirely our fault that we did not carefully assemble and test the product upon receipt. I'm just disappointed that a brand new player doesn't come out of the box. Don't worry about the manufacturer's warranty. My player has been replaced.
