Review on FXEEXD Battery-Powered Portable Tennis Ball Tosser/Feeder for 🎾 Kids and Beginners (4lb) - Holds up to 30 Balls by Travis Coffman

Fun for the newbie!

Picked up for my 10 year old son who has recently taken up tennis. Aligning the funnel pieces correctly was quite a hassle, but now that we're all together let's just leave it at that. It can easily hold 30 balls. There are no balls in the box, but our box looked like it had been opened and re-taped, so the balls may have been removed. This ball launcher is spot on for a beginner in need of recoil practice, but I can see that he outgrows it quickly as his skill develops because even on the highest setting it's an easy throw that doesn't go very far, definitely not powerful enough to launch the ball over the net. Now my dogs would probably give that 10 stars if they could, they would be in heaven with this ball launcher! When my son grows up we will use him to entertain the dogs! I deducted a star because there were no balls in the box. According to the description there are 3 pieces. Also, it's very light, I can see the plastic parts of the funnel breaking, so a parent should probably supervise assembly and disassembly. Also remember that if stored in a garage, extreme heat and cold can damage the plastic. In the off-season we take it to the basement for storage. Because it's very light, a child can easily maneuver it, and we positioned it in different directions to mix it up a bit. When you move the ball launcher, you want to automatically pick it up at the top of the plastic funnel. Not! It's not attached well enough to support the weight of the machine, so it just pops off and all your balls squirt out. After doing this 5 or 6 times and having to collect all 30 balls, you get the idea! I love that you can plug it in or use batteries. At home in the driveway we just plug in an extension cord, but when we go to the park to use the spots we use batteries. We have rechargeable batteries and they last quite a long time between charges. All in all, satisfactory for a beginner for the price and a decent entry-level model for throwing balls. We are happy and hope to benefit a lot from it!
