This is exactly as advertised (read: not disappointing). Seriously it is exactly like the pictures, works just as well as you would expect from an upper mid-range product in this niche. Is there a better one? Of course. but it does its job well for a good price. If you're unhappy with a product, it's not because of the product, it's because you haven't learned what whiskey stones actually do and how they work (hint: not as quick or as durable as real ice). but it works just as well as you would expect from this type of product.
