After reading the reviews of many, as well as this one, and deciding to order these, I realized that most of the negative reviews are probably from people who made a simple installation mistake. for correct installation. This screen contains all the tools you need to get the job done, except for the heat gun itself. I found that I didn't need to replace the white inner bezel that came with it, as my screen separated from it very noticeably. I understand why you might need it and it was great to know it was included in case it broke. The only downside I can think of is that there must be glue on the digitizer flex cable. The OEM has glue and when you reinstall the screen for final assembly you need to be extra careful that the cable is seated properly as it is not glued where it should be. I didn't think it was that bad so I still give it 5 A+ stars for me. My iPad is like new for less than $20.
