Some parts have died, others still work, although less than 2 weeks have passed.

It was pretty easy to set up except we're having trouble ringing the fight on the hour. It runs for 5 minutes to an hour. We reset it several times and somehow it still fires 5 minutes before. We had it in less than 2 weeks and the pendulum swinger has already died. It didn't work anymore. We had to use an old clock pendulum that was a bit longer than the one that came with the clock but not much heavier. I'm not sure if this is partly responsible for the pendulum not working anymore. The clock itself still works and rings.
