No problem. Just check your phone mode

work on cisco ip phones upgraded and old headset not working. Those tricks. Just make sure the Cisco model matches what you have. Not sure about the noise canceling features. There is no built-in volume control. Otherwise, they work great for my hands-free conference calls. By the way, your Cisco phone can also have a USB port that supports USB headsets (e.g. gaming headsets). I didn't realize it until I got them (I could have used a headset I already had) but either way this headset works great for me.
