Check the updates at the bottom. It worked great until it didn't, then it caught on fire.For the price this thing is pretty great. Operation is easy, setup instructions are clear, and after initial burn off I was up and running quickly. I noticed some temperature fluctuations but I put up something to block the wind and it was fine. I noticed a 10-15 degree rise while the hopper was running but it settled back down quickly enough. So far I've done smoked salsa, smoked cream cheese, and smoked bratwurst that I reverse seared and they all had a nice flavor. I already have my next few smokes planned so I can get everything dialed in just right. I'll update the review if anything changes.Be sure to read the priming directions the first time you use it.Edit Nov 1 2021: I've been using it multiple times a week for a couple of months now. I had some serious temperature issues for a few days in mid September. I now let it go through startup, then run it at 350 for about 10-15 minutes once a week and the temperature is as stable as my oven. Works great with both Pit Boss and Trager pellets. I've been through about 70lbs so far. I've done whole chicken, ribs (both beef and pork), pork shoulder, a small brisket flat, and a smoked lowcountry boil.Features I wish it had:1. An easy way to dump pellets for easier cleaning and pellet replacement2. Adjustable pellet rate3. Better access to the runoff so I'm not digging in with a butter knife to get the pellet ash out.4. Better searing capabilities.All in all it's still a great little grill/smoker for the price. Stays at 5 stars.Edit Dec 1 2021: It caught fire on the start up cycle. It was just cleaned yesterday. Haven't changed pellets. Contacted the company and am awaiting an answer. Will update.
