Review on Clarks Emslie Lulin Women's Pump by Chris Murphy

Received my batch of 9.5 but the toe box was too narrow so I had to change it to a 9.5 wide. Also, the outsole was not as pictured or advertised which is the whole reason I decided to buy these shoes. I have Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and work as a tour guide for Disney spending 12-14 hours a day walking our parks. I NEED shoes that support my arch and have cushion that stays on my feet for hours. I spent quite a bit of time researching the shoes and these shoes have appeared many times on various websites and the soles have received high praise from flight attendants. That's why I bought them. When I received them, the sole did not match the picture. They are flat with no cushion or arch support. (see attached picture of me) I returned the 9.5 and exchanged it for the 9.5W when the replacement arrived. They sent 9.5 watts (instead of 9.5 watts) and it was the same basic insert. They do not ship shoes with soft support soles as shown in the picture. Refund and order directly on the Clark website.
