This was the best idea for our hamster. He loves all the 'rooms', the size is perfect and we plan to buy another set to build the second floor. I love how it is customizable and the only limit is your imagination. The only drawback is that the frames are not made of hard plastic but of soft plastic. Another downside is that the corners where the plates meet the mount have a little clearance, allowing our tiny robo-hamster to get out, so we had to get creative. All in all it's a huge hit and every time he cleans his cage he has a new layout!
