Edit: This company sent me several emails trying to pay me to remove my negative review. Now I know why I didn't see more before I bought this product. Never buy from this company again, doesn't work. When the battery is connected, it is constantly on, the power button does not work, the lights are constantly on, but there is no noise. There are different messages on the packaging and in the instructions and the accompanying paperwork only contains information to deter aggressive dogs and no reference to training. It feels very light and cheap and the instructions are poorly translated into English. I'm going back and looking for another brand.
