Aside from the fact that it advertises a backlit keyboard, this is a great computer, everything else works and we've had no problems. It took 3 replacements only to end up with the same wrong color and non-backlit keyboard all 3 times, although I actually like the gray color better than the all black. Revain made up for the difference so I decided to just take it as I really needed it for work and couldn't wait any longer. I would suggest buying directly from the store in person, but sometimes you don't have many options and it's far from the worst way. No screen issues as many reviews mention and it had a pretty decent FOV. Barring a few glitches, this computer would have received a 5-star rating and I don't think Asus is to blame for that. Definitely get tired of which company you are buying from as many of them are remanufactured or have the wrong hardware that is out of spec. Luckily this was done. Arrived ahead of time every time and not just in the manufacturer's packaging. A great buy if you don't want a backlit keyboard, which I really don't have, but it's a great feature, especially when so many other companies offer a touchscreen and backlight for the same money. In general, not very upset because the laptop works better than expected.
