I'm a medium sized performer (10.5 American Male) with no special requirements (medium arch, medium width, etc.). I like these shoes because they are very easy to put on and take off and they are leather and very high quality overall. I travel a lot for work, so I go to airports all the time, and these shoes are very comfortable (although they don't have specific arch support). I hope this review is useful for those who want to buy this shoe, I highly recommend this brand and this model in particular. Now I have two pairs of the same model (one gray and one brown).
