I didn't know it existed until I started watching videos about making masks. I ordered these thinking they would be easier to use than sewing needles. As it turns out, there are times when both clamps and pins are useful. I enjoy using them and am glad I ordered them. I like that I don't put my fingers in it and that I don't have to try to get the needle through several layers of fabric like I do with needles. I did the math and there were 100 clips in my order. They seem solid and none are broken. I've never rated them, so I can't comment on the value. I think they will pay off in the long run as I don't think they will need to be replaced any time soon.
