Review on Efficient Citrus Juicer: BLACK+DECKER 32oz, White CJ625 by Jeremy Lawrence

I have a habit of drinking lemon juice every day - it's almost my coffee! Manual compression works and all, but quickly tired. It's also messy, so I started avoiding it. That's why I bought this juicer. I want juice and I want it now! This gadget allows me to whip open a glass of juice with little to no mess. The price was fair too, so that's a plus. This is my first electric juicer and I am very happy with its performance. What I like best is that you can control the amount of pulp that goes into the juice. I personally set it to the max because I like it that way. However, for those who don't like pulp, you can always set it to the lowest setting. The pulp will collect in a basket - you can remove it and throw it in the bin. I also like that there are two cones of different sizes. I usually use lemons, but the larger one allows me to get juice from larger fruits like grapefruit (which I also enjoy from time to time). Pros: The juicer exceeded my expectations for ease of use! This is not uncommon, you just cut the fruit and place it on a cone - then all the juice comes out as well as the pulp. The spinner also does this back and forth, which helps with compression. I think this feature is awesome. The container is also transparent so you can see exactly how much juice is coming out of your fruit. When it's ready, I just pour it into a mug. No spills as it comes with a handy spout! For those wishing to use the juice for recipes, the container is labeled on the side with the measurements. I personally never pay attention to it, so I only drink juice. You can get a pretty good idea of how much there is out there by checking it out anyway. minuses. The only major downside to this juicer is that it's difficult to clean...at least for me. You literally have to take apart all the components - there's no other way. I mostly wash in the dishwasher. Sometimes, when I feel like it, I wash it in the sink with hot water and dish soap. After rinsing, I clean the insides with a bottle cleaner (I bought it in a Revain kit) and let it dry. Beware mold can grow inside if you don't wash it properly! Overall I would recommend this juicer. I have nothing to compare as this is my first juicer but I have no particular complaints about it. It's easy to use, comes with two different sized fruit cones and pulp control (my favorite). I'm not sure how long this will last with all the juices I make every week, but for the price I really can't complain.
