Mirrors (two ordered) arrived in good condition. They were easy to install on my 2005 Honda Pilot. I crossed the straps as suggested by other reviews. The mirrors were attached to the mirrors of the car. There was some vibration, but it didn't affect my ability to see movement behind me. I was very happy with the extra line of sight these mirrors gave me. I was able to tow with more confidence knowing what was behind me. I don't know if I need two mirrors. I used the driver mirror 80% and the passenger mirror 20%.
