I received the product and it was professionally packaged. Bought for use on a Sunny exercise bike. I had to modify the setup slightly to work with a space bike, which I've read is typical of any of these computers. The biggest problem is actually setting up the device for use. The instructions are not very helpful. When I start a new workout I would like to start over, but it's difficult to switch to a new workout cycle and every time I try it seems to seam, so I restart the machine and have to start over device setup . I watched some videos on youtube but they were useless. The video suggests downloading the app to be able to change most settings like wheel circumference, units of measure, etc. The app is just as terrible to use. I would neither recommend nor buy this product.
