Well made, many features, but one drawback, especially for large cell phones like the Samsung S20 FE in the Unicorn Beetle Pro cell phone case from Supcase. The bottom line is that the HANDS holding the phone in place ARE NOT ENOUGH to secure phones in thicker cases. By lengthening or lengthening the arms and adding a larger lip at the end, all phones fit with or without a case and are less likely to slip or fall out without over-tightening the arms on the sides of the phone. In order to use this device with my phone in the Unicorn Beetle Pro phone case, I had to remove the black rubber bumper on the back of the vertical shaft (it said "ARRNRKOK") and slide the red bumpers up. There were NO REFERENCES or documents for the product.
