Much more dark blue than black
It's okay. I want them to be real, jet black. Unfortunately they are much closer to dark blue with black stitching along the seams. I'm sure they will get lighter with every subsequent wash. If the color doesn't bother you and the lack of absorbency isn't an issue (it's a microfiber that's practically water repellent, after all, so what do you expect?) they're good value for money.
