This curling iron is truly amazing! Once you understand how to use it (yes, you have to put on a glove) it's great. You can use it in two ways: wrap around the padding or wrap around a single padding. The latter gives you the perfect corkscrew curl that you can leave on or comb through to "fluff up". I have very thick coarse hair so it's important to follow the directions and use 2 inches or less. The curls last for days... I've used other straighteners that cost three times as much, but this straightener beats them all!
