I'm so happy and tick at the same time. I used the product as directed and watched a few YouTube videos and when I finished scraping off the leftovers I couldn't find the star flare. He's completely gone. It was originally a little less than a quarter, so quite large, with three spider legs ripped off by the impact. I'm a 52-year-old woman using YouTube and Google to renovate her home, so I'm as far from the experience as I can get. I order a spare to have on hand in case the next flying object hits my window.
